We do not sell this information or make this information public, with the exception of displaying the screen name and city on the high score list. You may choose to make other registration information public. If you do so, this information is accessible by clicking on the screen name if you make it on the high score list. If you have checked "Send me updates" on the registration page we may occasionally send e-mail to the address you provided. We aggregate tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout the site and tracking games played, but this information is not specific to any individual user or account.

Any information or material, including Crossword Challenge puzzles, word definitions, and word list entries, provided through feedback forms, e-mail or other submissions to www.wordplays.com are non-confidential and must not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties, and shall become the sole property of www.wordplays.com. www.wordplays.com shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of these materials for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgement or compensation to others.
